We are delighted that you are considering joining our Sixth Form. BH6 offers a wide range of academic and vocational courses designed to support your ambitions and prepare you for university, apprenticeships, or employment.
You will select subjects from different blocks to create a balanced timetable. Please explore the options below and apply using the QR code at the end of this document.
You should choose up to 3 A Level subjects, a mix of BTEC/AAQ and A Level subjects or a selection of BTEC/AAQ subjects.
BTEC subjects count as 2 A Level equivalent. AAQ subjects count as 1 A Level equivalent.

Future Ready Pathway
If you have not secured a grade 3 in English or Maths, you can enrol onto a 3 year course which will help you to transition onto a Level 3 qualification. In year one, you will complete a BTEC in Workskills, which is a practical qualification designed to help you develop the essential skills needed for employment, further education or apprenticeships. The course focuses on building confidence, communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities, alongside developing key workplace skills such as time management, organisation and professionalism. Following a successful year and achievement of a Grade 3 in English and Maths, you will be guaranteed a place on a Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Sport, ICT, Business or Health and Social Care.

10 July – Induction Day for all students expecting to return or still considering returning. Information regarding this was on Offer Letters.
20 August GCSE Results and Enrolment – Students will enroll for Sixth Form following receipt of their results.
